Happy New Year! The track has been skiing very well, both for skate and classic (no classic track), for the past three days. The skating was very good on New Year’s Eve. You could complete a 3K groomed loop without taking off skis. Best route is to start backward on Main, go to Kids/Bypass to access Boomerang, and then continue on Main. Don’t bring your best skis, as there are bare spots. Keep your eyes open. Forecast for today is about a quarter inch of rain during the day, heavier rain after sunset. If the rain is slow in arriving, you can have a fun New Year’s Day ski.
