Welcome to Winter 2026! Winter-ish. Our ski trails remain closed due to snow conditions.
January 1st is sizing up to be a bit blustery in Park City. Warm this morning with some precipitation slowly sliding down from the mountain ridges. We are waiting for just a few more inches that will release us from the low snow pattern and unsheath the pent up enthusiasm.
The Nordic Shop is OPEN 9-5 today. We are renting skis for Bonanza Flat and snowshoes for area trails. Our snowshoe tours remain a great option for getting out! The cart paths and grass are icy and exposed in areas so exploratory skiing is not recommended. Drop in to the shop and we can welcome the year, dream of cold winters, and anticipate the return of snow on the trails.
