Registration
Registration closes Thursday night at 11:59PM before the race and there will not be anyone to answer requests after that. WCS Season passholders do not need to register again.

2024-2025 Race Schedule
All races are 10k for adults, 5k for recreational division and older masters, 1k, 2k, and 3k for youngest juniors. The March 8th race is 20k, 7k for recreational division and older masters, 1k, 2k, and 3k for youngest juniors.
Wave/Mass Start: Age groups start together.
Interval Start: Each person starts alone and skis against the clock (the historically traditional Nordic ski race, used on our narrower courses).

Due to high demands on our volunteer staff, refunds may be charged a $20 administrative fee.
Registration
Registration for individual/single day races and NEW season passes must be completed by the Thursday before each race at 11:59PM MST.
Registration for season passes: If you have registered for the season, you do not have to register again.
Waivers
Every skier must have a TUNA waiver and any additional waivers for venues on file in order to race. Please make bib pick-up simple for you and the race crew by completing and verifying your waiver in advance.
TUNA Waiver
1. Click the blue tab that says “Sign our waiver”
2. Complete the waiver
3. Go to your email and click the email from Smartwaiver and verify the waiver
All steps must be complete.
SOHO Waiver

Race Bibs
Bib pickup is between 8:30 and 9:30 at each venue, so please arrive in time to receive your race bib. Fabric bibs will be issued each race and returned at the finish line to be laundered and distributed at the next race.
Race Times
Kids races start at 10 am
Adults start around 10:20 am
The little kids (U8, U10, U12, U14) start first, then older kids, then the Open and Age Group Masters starting at approximately 10:20am.
Waxing
The Wasatch Citizens Series is a non-fluro event. The WCS does not allow or encourage the use of fluorinated waxes. Fluorinated waxes have been banned from the highest levels of competition for environmental and health reasons. The Wasatch Citizens Series supports this effort.

These will be the fees for single day races. There will be no race day registration in 2021/2022.

Race Divisions
| Division | Description |
| Open | National team, elite, collegiate, USSA, and faster skiers. Scored overall. |
| Open 50+ (NEW!) | Skiers over 50 who wish to race the full distance and start with the Open skiers, but be scored with the other skiers over 50 who race open. |
| Age Group | For 20+ skiers who wish to be scored in 5-year age categories by gender and age. |
| Recreational/Novice/Short Course | Beginner racers or racers wishing to ski a shorter course. Scored in one large group by gender, not age. |
| Junior | U8 through U20 who wish to be scored in their age group. Juniors may “race up” by checking the box on the registration page. Juniors who wish to race the Open must pay the Senior/Open rate. |
