First groom of the season today and we typically stop at the end of the month. Six inches at the gate compacted to 2″ or less. Solo groom due to machine issues. We normally use “teeth” but could not due to mechanical issues. Could not set classic due to mechanical issues and the snow being too thin in many places. Still, it was wonderful to be back on snow in this canyon! We hope to get another snowmobile in place tomorrow. The next groom will be with fully function equipment and the goal will be to groom to the top. Enjoy the lower canyon!
