YES! A brief and fresh return to winter! About 3 inches of snowball packing snow on the trails and snowing at 7:30. A much anticipated refresh. Underneath there are a few icy/thin spots, so ski with awareness and some caution near those. We’ve put in a couple of detours too so pay attention out there. For the people who love to walk the ski trails…. Please just don’t. Help us remind people that the ski trails are for skiing. There are wonderful walking paths all over the city that welcome your dogs too! More of a wintery mix this morning with a chance of further snow showers during the day. All trails are open with a fresh soft surface and with soft classic track. Skating and Classic skiing a bit slow but delightful today. Great ski time will be from 9:00-5:00 today. Red or violet wax today with the wet snow base.
Please be aware of changing conditions, be mindful and ski within your abilities. Parking is available all around the hotel and underground. Use the east entrance until the hotel fixes the main garage entrance door. Everything you can do to reduce single driver trips and park smart helps! Come play outside then drop in the shop to say hi and snag a deal on gear and clothing at our annual clearance sale. You’ll be in the pink with some new base and outer layers! We are planning to be open at least through the end of March. Snow coverage has remaining good and we want to keep the party gliding. We have requested permission from Park CIty (our landlord) to stay open until the 12th of April. We are still waiting to hear back with administrative approval and we’ll update you as soon as we know.
