We have been waiting for approval from officials in City Hall to access the dog loop and the Farm. They will not be groomed or open until we receive approval. When we get the word, we’ll prepare a plan to get out and reopen and groom your trails. Please be patient. ~02/15/25 07:47 am
MORE SNOW!!! We received another 3-4 inches overnight and this morning. We’ll be grooming a shortened 5k-ish loop and the 3k and Armstrong this morning. We have temporarily shortened the 5k to about 3 k to help build snow depth in a few areas and protect the golf course turf. We’re anticipating having the entire loop open tomorrow. We are snowcat grooming the 3km trail and Armstrong this morning Conditions will be a little soft on the 5k-ish but excellent and skiing well on the 3k and Armstrong. Skiing should be creamy and quite good today. Conditions were quite thin prior to this storm. Patience to allow the trails to build up will be rewarded with great skiing this week. Temperatures will be below freezing all day mean that it will be blue for kick and blue/violet for glide. Skiing will be a bit sticky if your skis are not waxed well. The surface will be firming through the day as some of the moisture dissipates. Please pay attention to where you are going out there. Be aware of icy patches under the snow and walk with care in your ski boots. We are working together with Park City to make your community resource as wonderful as we can year-round. The store and service shop are OPEN and select items and ski packages are on sale! We can wax your skis and upgrade your gear as needed.
