It was quite good while it lasted..
THE SHOP IS OPEN 9-5 TODAY. THE 3km “Community Loop” trail is closed. We went from “day to day” to “no way” in yesterday’s unseasonable heat. None of our ski trails are currently open and the forecast for the next several days is good for cycling or hiking, not so good for skiing. We know it’s going to be a challenge when the temperature is higher than the travel speed on 224.
Please no walking and no dog walking on the trails. It is a great time to pick up your pass, find that perfect gift for your favorite skier and bring in your skis so they’re ready to go when the snow returns! It will continue to be extremely warm this week. it’s simply been too warm to hold the snow. Please be careful out there and have fun!
