Soldier Hollow

More fresh grooming at Soldier Hollow this morning. Since it did not appear to freeze and it is 39 and drizzling, expect a dense saturated snowpack with another day of Taste the Pacific Northwest on tap for intrepid skiers who know that skiing is nearly always better than not skiing. Chance of rain is greatest in the afternoon today with a high of 48 expected. Perhaps in under a week’s time the rumors of a colder storm will have come to pass.
