White Pine

Thursday Haiku:
Snow patches remain,
Staying hopeful for more snow,
Holding to the dream

ALL SKI TRAILS ARE CLOSED TODAY. THE SHOP IS OPEN. The rain and warm temperatures have left us with deep slush and running water under the remaining snowy areas. It’s a coffee/tea, wax your skis day at White Pine Touring. Please stay off the golf course and other soft surface trails until it dries out or it snows again. Help us remind walkers and dog walkers that there are great options nearby like Round Valley, Basin Rec and Willow Creek rather than post holing and damaging the remaining snow.

The shop is OPEN 9-5 today offering gear sales, waxing service, rental skis and snowshoes. Drop off your skis for a spa treatment while we wait for snow. Join us for frenetic snow dances, light appetizers and sacrificial offerings to Ullr today. The snow bunnies will be studying hot wax, ski skin care and spray wax application techniques in anticipation of our wax clinic on Saturday at 3:30pm

TOKO Wax Clinic this Saturday at 3:30 pm at the Nordic Center. Learn the basics of ski base and skin care from our experts. $10 cover charge and discounts on wax and accessories after the clinic. Also a prize drawing for a lucky attendee.

Please do not walk, cycle or run on the Nordic Trails. Please do not walk your dogs and let them poop on the nordic trails. We work very hard to provide a quality ski experience for our paying customers and walking yourself and your dogs on the trails could be considered trespassing and violates municipal code. Round Valley, Willow Creek and Basin trails all offer exceptional options for taking your dog, yourself or your bicycle out.
