Soldier Hollow

Another fine day of skiing will be on at Soldier Hollow today. A full stadium and hollow lap equals 1.5k with impeccable grooming and classic track set. There is full snowmaking going this morning so be cautious of stickier snow where the piles may overlap the grooming. And it still being March in December you can expect the perfect conditions to become wetter in the heat of the afternoon (sunny and high of 54 expected). Mid to late morning has proved to be the best window the past couple of days. Unlike the past four days there won’t be packs of beginner middle school students on the track but we are running a smaller ladies clinic. Please be courteous and share the trail.
