What is Waxtravaganza?
TUNA’s team will storage wax your skis for the summer. This is an opportunity for you to get some dirty work done while our kids raise funds for their program!
Why Storage Wax?
Especially in our dry climate, ski bases can become dry and oxidized over the summer months. That’s why wax techs recommend storing your skis with a soft wax—not scraped—over the summer.

Date: May 21, 2023
Time: 9am – 4pm
Dropoffs: You have two options!
Early: Drop your skis at the Salmon Bake, May 12th, Garden Pavillion in Sugarhouse Park, from 5pm – 7pm
Day Of Event: May 21st, dropoff from 9am – 10am at 2691 Saint Marys Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108

Skate ski clean and store: $15
Classic ski clean and store: $20
(We will only be servicing cross-country skis)
Payment via Venmo or Paypal via Utahnordic.org.
