A gorgeous morning watching the big full moon slip over the ridge. We had about 2 inches of fresh new snow followed by sunshine yesterday. 3km “Community Loop” is open with classic track set. It was a timely refresh on top of the firm base. The skiing will be quite good today, almost winter-like. The 5 km “Pond Loop” is still closed for now, but the off-track snow is good and we packed the surface yesterday in anticipation of the storm. Be aware of thin spots and cart paths just under fresh layer if you venture out. It’s only for the intrepid and rock skis given the thin conditions and unmarked hazards. Temperatures will be stable, so purple or blue glide wax all day. Check your bases and get some fresh wax on for better glide. Our hours are 9am to 5pm daily. You must have a trail pass purchased and displayed to access our trails. Everyone please join us and ski with happiness and Joy, walk carefully to the trail, greet the staff and your fellow skiers. Thank you for being part of the hard but rewarding work that has kept this community resource open for almost 50 years!
Welcome to the unofficial Community Center of Park CIty. This season is White Pine’s 47th on the Park City Golf Course and we’re proud of our 53 years as a locally owned and operated business in Park City. Shop Local, Ski Local. A proud part of the Jans family. Our partnership with Park City and the community runs deep. It is very rare to have such an incredible year-round community resource right in town. We’ve been helping grow champion skiers for almost 50 years.
Stay tuned for WCS updates. It’s not looking too good for the Farm coverage in the forecast.
