Another beautiful sunrise through the low clouds hovering over Park City! We’ll pull the rake through the Zen garden again today and lay out calming lines of packed powder corduroy and classic tracks.
The 3k and 5k will be groomed first followed by a snowcat trip down to buff out the Dog Loop and Farm. Conditions today will be soft on top and firm underneath with a 100 percent chance of fun skiing. We are still treating the 5k gently due to snow depth in a few areas and to help protect the golf course turf. Classic and skate skiing will be very good today. Air temperatures will drift above freezing today under mostly sunny skies, but the snow will remain cold through most of the day. Wax will will be blue/violet for kick and violet/red for glide. If we see the snow transform early afternoon, you may want to consider a light spray of yellow as a top coat.
Please pay attention to where you are going out there. Be aware of icy patches in the parking lot and walkways. Walk with care in your ski boots. We are working cooperatively with Park City every day to make your community resource a great place to play year-round. The store and service shop are OPEN all day. We can wax your skis and upgrade your gear as needed. No walking, dogs, running, cycling, driving or trespassing on the trails.

It will be a great afternoon to drop off your skis for a refreshing spa treatment so they’ll be ready for your next adventures. Slip on those gloves, pull on your light beanie, touch up your sunscreen, pull on your sunglassess head outside to play!
