About the Facilitator: Ned Dowling is a physical therapist at the University of Utah Orthopaedic Center, a medical provider for the US Cross Country Ski Team, and a contributor for FasterSkier.com. Far from being the most proficient (and definitely not the fastest) skier on the track, Ned approaches the biomechanics, kinematics, and technical aspects of Nordic skiing with the eye of PT and the passion of a ski nerd.
