The WCS Opening Race scheduled for Soldier Hollow has been postponed and rescheduled for the 20th of January, 2024. The Mountain Dell race originally scheduled that day will be moved to a date in February TBA
Soldier Hollow has been working diligently to prepare for the upcoming U.S. Nationals in the midst of an ongoing construction project in the stadium. Rescheduling the race will allow them to focus on these upcoming national races and prepare the race courses for later in the season. It has been a challenging year for natural and human-made snow coverage and we are making this choice to ensure that all WCS and Soldier Hollow events can have the safest and best courses possible.
