MCC crew is grooming this morning
Mountain Dell
This morning main and mitten cut off have been groomed for classic and skate. Boomerang has been groomed for skate. All other trails are closed due to low snow.
Spruces
Happy Solstice! Spruces groomed this morning for skate, no classic track. Coverage is better than a week ago. You can ski almost all of the track without encountering bare spots, but keep your eyes open on the farthest north and west portions. Mostly fair conditions, except for a spot on the lower loop, where some idiots built a fire across the entire track.
SR-65
SR 65 groomed Sunday evening for skate and classic from winter gate to first switchback (5k). The approximately 2k above this point appeared reasonably skatable due to user compaction.
Mountain Dell
Main, mitten and kids cutoff groomed for skate and classic this morning. Lower to Swanson’s cutoff, boomerang and wiggle room groomed for skate. Conditions look good, but beware of thin snow on any loop, particularly in classic track.
Mountain Dell
Main loop as well as Mitten, kids cutoff, Boomerang and lower to the Swanson’s cut off are groomed for skate and remain soft as the recent new snow consolidates.
Classic track not re-groomed due to thin spots. Skiing should be good early. Enjoy the holiday week outside.
Millcreek
Groomed and set track this evening. Good classic track now from Trailhead to Big Water.
SR-65
East Canyon groomed for skate and classic. Track set to the first switchback.
Should be good skiing tomorrow.

Groomed the Upper and Lower Campground Loops this morning, as well as the small practice loops by the pavilion. No classic track yet. New snow helped, but there are still a couple of thin spots. Have fun!
Mountain Dell
Steve and Leigh worked the new snow this morning. For now, Main, Mitten and Kids’ Cut-off, skate and classic. Some grass showing, so rock skis recommended. Soft conditions until it gets groomed a few more times.
Millcreek
The MCC crew groomed this morning. Classic Track was set above Elbow Fork. Still to thin below Elbow Fork to set track
Mountain Dell
On hold until Friday morning. As of Tuesday afternoon, too thin to groom without doing damage. Here’s hoping the forecast proves to be a bit more accurate for Thursday’s storm.

We groomed the Upper and Lower campground loops this morning, as well as the smaller loops by the Pavillion. There is no classic track set. Fresh snow last night helped with coverage, but there are still thin spots and pavement showing in a couple of areas. Be careful, you may want to bring rock skis. There were 5 or 6 deer on the track today, please keep an eye out for wildlife and give them plenty of space. Note: to get from the Upper Loop to the Lower Loop, you may have to take your skis off to cross the parking lot. Have fun! – Matt
Millcreek
Groomed this afternoon. Did not set track from Trailhead to Elbow Fork due to the thin snow pack. Track was set above Elbow Fork.
Mountain Dell
Storm is being slow to come in. We will return in the afternoon to see if we have picked up more coverage. Course is currently NOT groomed and is extremely thin. Please stay off it this morning. Thanks!

Groomed this morning. Skate and some marginal classic. Rock skis for certain. Soft conditions, thin in places, and some poor bonding over some pavement areas. Forceful skate steps and snowplow will psh down to pavement in places, but you should be able to see it coming. Enjoy!
