The Upper 2.5k is not currently open due to lack of snow. The Lower 4.5k is open but thin on bridges and throughout the track. Classic is set but thin in certain areas. Lower will be groomed by 10:30am.

1.5 inches fresh on the hard track. A beautiful day to come ski with reset classic and skate on the 3k, 5k and Armstrong. cold morning temps, should stay nice all day. Wax em up and get over here!
Solitude Nordic
Squeaky cold snow. 6 deg. F at 0830. Dress warm, have fun. Groomed for skate and classic.
Mountain Dell
Mountain Dell received 1/2″ of new snow on Monday evening. Doesn’t sound like much but it was enough to lay down some fresh corduroy and reset classic on Main, Mitten, Boomerang and Kids cutoff. Lollitop and Park Road were groomed as well for skate only. Still a few thin spots out there so be careful. Conditions are GOOD!
Fairview
Skating lane groomed this morning 1/18. Skating conditions are excellent. Classic track is still in place but is degraded in some spots.

Monday grooming report. We groomed Sunday night on Main, Mitten, Kids cutoff and Lolli top all for skating. We also set a new classic track on Main and Kids cutoff, should not be as icy out there on Monday. It is getting pretty thin in a few spots, pray for snow!

still making the best of what we have. 3k, 5k, Armstrong all hard packed in the morning, softening up midday with great afternoon skiing. Classic track is holding up as best it can. growing numbers of thin and narrowing spots. get out and enjoy the spring skiing! Farm and dog loop still iced, shallow and closed. Very little snow in the forecast, so act now!
Solitude Nordic
Redman loops groomed this morning. It will be good skiing (especially the classic).
Mountain Dell
Groomed last night for skate skiing on Main. Mitten, Boomerang, Lollipop Top, Kids Cut-off. Classic tracks were not reset. They are very firm and lacking in a few locations. Stay alert while skiing because there are numerous location where the snow cover is very thin.
SR-65
East Canyon groomed for skate this afternoon. Track is a bit thin for a little ways. Improves as you ascend.
Should be worthy of a skate tomorrow before it gets too soft.
Whatever snow dance or chant your doing isn’t working. Better change it up a bit!!

Main loop, Mitten, Lolipop and Kids cutoff groomed for skate. Coverage is still holding up with fast and firm conditions.
Please note: Wednesday’s extreme thaw/freeze has created conditions that will be very challenging to novice skiers. New skiers might consider choosing SR 65 (East Canyon/Big Mountain) on Saturday. SR 65 info can be found in the Area Trails page, under the Skiing tab.
Fairview
Classic track is well intact but a little degraded in places. Skate lane is excellent still. Groomed lower loop this afternoon for skating and will plan on grooming the remaining 5K for skating Sat 1/16 morning early.
