First snow in six weeks,
Excitement is running high,
Trails open soon.

We received just over an inch of snow on the warm ground overnight. It looks like more snow will be coming today and tonight. We need to have about 6 inches on the ground to start trail packing. If the storm comes in as predicted, we’ll need a bit of time to build up the track from the base and we’ll be skiing again by Thursday (fingers crossed).
THE NORDIC SHOP REMAINS OPEN FOR SALES, WAXING, RENTALS AND SERVICE. We are still offering ski rentals for Bonanza Flat and our guided snowshoe tours. Please stay off the golf course and other trails to help preserve the base and prevent damage to the thin snow surface. Red beanies are still recommended wear in blustery times. ALL of our trails are officially and temporarily CLOSED.
