Groomed Main, Mitten, Boomerang and Kids Cutoff for skate last evening. The groomer crew blew snow on the track yesterday which helped in several areas. Classic was set on the Main and Mitten yesterday afternoon. Skiing is good considering the low snow pack. There are thin spots so be careful. Ask Santa for more snow.

SR 65 groomed for skate and classic to the top (5.4 mi.). The first mile or so is a bit icy, but bear with it and you’ll be well rewarded.

Both Upper & Lower tracks are closed until further notice due to thin conditions. We will continue to monitor track conditions and provide updated reports on opening.

White Pine

Still thin conditions at WPT, 3k is best, 5k shortened due to overnight pond flooding. Should be open later today. Only a few inches yesterday and last night, but high winds didn’t help much during the afternoon and evening. Should be a beautiful day, ski with caution.

Cold temperatures and new snow means good skiing. Upper loops groomed for skating; no classic yet. Lower loops have about 4″ new snow on top of a solid surface. We are working this week on a different connector to link the trails together. Enjoy!

This morning main and mitten cut off have been groomed for classic and skate. Boomerang has been groomed for skate. All other trails are closed due to low snow.

Happy Solstice! Spruces groomed this morning for skate, no classic track. Coverage is better than a week ago. You can ski almost all of the track without encountering bare spots, but keep your eyes open on the farthest north and west portions. Mostly fair conditions, except for a spot on the lower loop, where some idiots built a fire across the entire track.

SR 65 groomed Sunday evening for skate and classic from winter gate to first switchback (5k). The approximately 2k above this point appeared reasonably skatable due to user compaction.

Mountain Dell

Main, mitten and kids cutoff groomed for skate and classic this morning. Lower to Swanson’s cutoff, boomerang and wiggle room groomed for skate. Conditions look good, but beware of thin snow on any loop, particularly in classic track.

Main loop as well as Mitten, kids cutoff, Boomerang and lower to the Swanson’s cut off are groomed for skate and remain soft as the recent new snow consolidates.
Classic track not re-groomed due to thin spots. Skiing should be good early. Enjoy the holiday week outside.
