Good Morning,

The upper and lower tracks have been groomed for classic and skate. The snow conditions are soft and there are bumpy spots here and there. It will stay soft throughout the day as we start receiving fresh snow. The best time to ski will be this morning and early afternoon! We will be closing April 9th to start golf course maintenance.

Have a great day,

A few flurries this morning, but the skiing should be very good after yesterday’s sun. (that was the bright light in the sky yesterday). All trails groomed and open, warmish temps mean red wax and some structure. Maybe yellow/red mix by afternoon. another storm expected late tonight, so get out and ski today! Book a lesson for our final week this season. It’s never too late to up your game and learn some new things. Open and grooming daily for one more week!

Come in and get your new skis before they are gone. Closing at 5pm April 9th after 145 days on snow.

Good morning,

We are packing and grooming right now. Conditions will be soft due to the huge snow storm we had yesterday. Expecting to have the lower skate and classic set by 10:30am. The upper track will be set around 11:30am.

Our last day will be Sunday, April 9th for the season. We are starting golf course snow removal to begin course maintenance.

Have a great weekend!

Only 2 days left for the non-passholder public! Most everything groomed to perfection – crushed granular for comfortable classic and fun fast skate skiing! Come enjoy this foolish day!

Happy April 1st! We are considering just cancelling golf season this year and having skiing year-round. It should be a beautiful day in reality and all trails are being groomed and will be open after yesterday’s big storm. Lou is recommending blue klister tip to tail for those of you completely opposed to gliding. Red wax might be a good bet for those more inclined to move on the snow.

One more week and we are done grooming for the season. Ski while you can. It’s not too late to book a lesson either. Classic and skate should both be a little soft but firming up through the day. And guess what? more snow coming soon. Catch the sun while you can.

Come and pick up your WCS season awards now! Only one more week until we close after a 145 on-snow season.

Friday afternoon and night four of us put in a total of 18 grooming hours on 65. Several feet of wet, heavy snow has piled up since the previous groom on Tuesday. After those 18 hours, we have 1.5 miles of mostly poor skate track and a few stretches of acceptable classic track. Yup, it was a struggle. A whole lot more snow coming Monday, and we will start over.

We received 3 inches of snow so far and groomed it up just before opening! Skiing should be fun and adventurous! Come enjoy this superlative last day of March (not going out like a lamb just yet). Only 3 more days left of being open! Come take advantage!

Winter, the sequel.. 5 inches of snow overnight with wind and drifting. Focus on the 3k and 5k until the storm settles. Fresh groom and even more snow will make for soft and slow skiing today. Classic and skate will be good today with a little patience. A bit less sticky with the colder morning air and drier snow. Wax up! Blue/Red wax today and well waxed classic skis. Ski safe in our final 9 days! We’ll get to the Farm maybe late in the day depending on wind and snow. Get over here and ski! April 9th will be the end of grooming and closing of the shop.

Come in a get your new gear on sale! Your WCS season awards are here too!

Drive safe today. Plenty of parking available at the Hotel lot above and below ground.

1-2 feet of snow at Spruces this week. I sledpacked and rolled Spruces and Jordan Pines. Please note, this weekend will likely be the last time I groom the Jordan Pines trail. We will continue to groom Spruces until April 15, and then will cease grooming operations. Thanks.

Good Morning,

Another few inches of snow fell last night and early this morning. The upper and lower tracks have been groomed for classic and skate. The classic tracks are in great condition. The skate lane is still soft after the tracks did not freeze overnight. There is a chance for more snow in the forecast starting later this evening through Friday morning. It will be a nice, mild overcast day. Come on out and ski the trails at Jeremy Ranch!

Have a great day,
