Good morning from Solitde Nordic! Everything groomed for skate and classic. Snow is cold 🥶 blue wax recommended in the morning with temps warming up in afternoon to no more than 30 degrees.

White Pine
A very solid 1 degree F at 7:30 am today. A chance to break out those polar waxes! All trails groomed and open, just make sure you bundle up if you’re skiing before mid-morning. Conditions will be squeaky until it warms up a bit. Skiing should be fantastic from mid-day with a firm track and cold snow. For now, have that second cup of coffee and enjoy the day!

Entire course was groomed for skate Thursday night except for Lower Lower (below Cullen’s Cutoff) and World Cup. Classic was reset with excellent results on Lower to Cullen’s, Boomerang and top of LolliPop. Most of rest of classic is still in good shape in most places. Skate and classic conditions should be good to excellent on Friday.

Following that we cleaned up the skate surface making several passes in certain areas to even things out. Classic skiing should be really good in the morning. It’s looking like repeat, repeat, repeat. Very cold overnight, sunny warmer days, spring-like conditions with very firm track early, softening later. All trails groomed and open. Skiing should be the same as the last month of this weather. Very good with moments of wonderfulness. Please help us stay healthy and open for you by wearing your mask while indoors.

Continued spring-like conditions. cool and sunny today with all trails groomed and open. Looking forward to some new snow someday to refresh everything and get all of the surfaces smoothed out again. It’s been over a month since measurable snow, but things are holding well due to the low temps overnight. Another great ski day. The only blues you should have today are the waxes on your skis!
