Come and watch the Wasatch Citizens Series Season Finale 20km at the Farm on Saturday. Kids start at 10 am, adult waves start at 10:20 am. Bib pick-up is at St. Mary’s Church Social Hall from, 8:30 am to 9:30 am. After that, the volunteer race crew will head outside to the race course. We’ll be using the full Farm loop. Age based distances and wave starts. Mountain Trails generously groomed the trail Friday afternoon. The trail will be closed to public skiing from Friday afternoon until mid-day Saturday. Please carpool and park smart. Testing for banned Flouro/PFAS waxes will be taking place at the race.

A beautiful bluebird day coming up! Sunshine and warming temperatures. Very cold overnight will make for a firm track early for skating and then great conditions the rest if the day for skate and classic. The Farm trail will be open for public skiing midday after the race has concluded. We’re grooming the 3km, 5km and Armstrong trails today. All trails but the Farm are open. We groomed the Farm, with the generous assistance of Mountain Trails and Park City, yesterday afternoon for the Wasatch Citizens Series distance race this morning. The Farm trail will be open for public skiing beginning mid-day Saturday. Only three of you skied the trail Friday afternoon after the race groom and left pretty deep ruts. Blue wax this morning, red/blue or violet later in the afternoon. The skiing will pick up mid-morning as the tracks get skied in and the sun comes out. It will be another Joyful and beautiful day to be out playing in the snow. Watch for icy walkways and use the handrails! Be aware, be mindful and ski within your abilities. PLEASE ride the bus, micro transit, carpool, skateboard, cycle, e-bike or walk if you can. Parking is available all around the hotel and underground but everything you can do to reduce single driver trips and park smart helps! Come play in the snow and drop in to the shop to say hi. The snow bunnies will be out and about and some wading birds are starting to arrive. Let’s put in a huge plug for all the hardworking people who spend hours making your experience memorable. Have a Joy-filled and sunny ski day!

The recent rain and warm temperatures have resulted in exposing large areas of asphalt and extremely thin coverage for the first mile. This, together with the forecast calling for more warmth, the decision was made to end grooming for the season. We wish these winters didn’t fly by so fast. Thank you for supporting grooming and being a part of the community who loves and enjoys this beautiful canyon.

Good Morning,

A great start to the day with some sunshine. The upper and lower tracks have been groomed for skate and classic lanes were reset. Conditions are great and trails are fast. The snow is starting to melt away on the bridges but they are still holding with coverage. There are some thin spots in the classic lane so please ski with caution around the coned areas. Come on out and enjoy a great day at Jeremy Ranch!

Happy Friday!!

A few snow showers yesterday. Both lower and upper loops were buffed out this morning in the skate lane. Lower loop is starting to degrade and definitely not recommended for classic. Upper loop coverage still good for skating and should be nice. Classic tracks on the upper loop remain intact for the most part but getting there could be challenging, so skating is your best option.

We received about 6 inches of new snow yesterday. Cold overnight temperatures have firmed up the track nicely. It should be a great day for both skate and classic cruising. A bit cloudy this morning but the sun will be out midday! We’re grooming the 3km, 5km and Armstrong trails today. All trails but the Farm are open. We’ll be grooming the Farm, with the generous assistance of Mountain Trails and Park City, this afternoon for the Wasatch Citizens Series distance race on Saturday. The Farm trail will be open for public skiing beginning mid-day Saturday. Please do not ski the trail Friday afternoon after the race groom. The trail will be soft for several hours after the grooming and if you go out there you’ll make deep ruts in the snow that will endanger racers in the morning. Blue or violet wax this morning, red later in the afternoon. The skiing won’t be too fast early, but it will pick up mid-morning as the tracks get skied in and the sun comes out. It will be another Joyful and beautiful day to be out playing in the snow. Watch for icy walkways and use the handrails! Be aware, be mindful and ski within your abilities. PLEASE ride the bus, micro transit, carpool, skateboard, cycle, e-bike or walk if you can. Trace of new snow last night. Temperatures a bit below freezing. Lower and upper loops groomed this morning (skate lane only). Skating was great though the snow is still a little sticky from recent warm days. Coverage for skate is good with one small exception on lower loop. Classic track is sketchy on the lower loop with some bare ground exposed but upper loop is in better shape. Lucky to have these conditions into March.

Main, Mitten, Bypass, & Boomerang groomed for classic and skate. Lower to Cullens, Swanson’s, groomed for skate only. Lollipop groomed for skate only – classic tracks remain intact, however coverage is too thin for a reset. Come spend some time here! It will make you smile 😊
