We are lightly grooming the 3km loop, Armstrong and the practice area this morning. If conditions allow we will set shallow classic track. We received another 2+ inches of new snow on the base and the 3 inches yesterday. A fresh cover and a few inches are more than enough to play on. Very cold and squeaky this morning, definitely a blue wax day again! Skiing will be good, but a bit slow and sticky if your skis are not waxed. THANK YOU to PC officials who have given us the go ahead to pack the trail again today and prepare the surface for you. The surface is very hard under the new snow so ski with care and please pay attention to where you are going. Be aware of icy patches under the snow and walk with care in your ski boots.

We are working together with Park City to make your community resource as wonderful as we can year-round. The store and service shop are OPEN! We can’t control the weather, but we can wax your skis and upgrade your gear. No other trails are groomed or open this morning. We will update the report as needed. No walking, dogs, running, cycling, driving or trespassing on the trails. If you need to take a physical and/or mental therapy break we’re here for you every day. It is a great day to drop off your skis for a refreshing hot wax spa day.

Find joy out on the tracks, ski safe, preserve the trails, be safe and be kind. Thank you for being part of our amazing family and reading another wintery trail report. Grab your warm gloves, your sunscreen, your beanie, go for a ski on the fresh surface and then come shop in the store! All nordic poles, high performance waxes and kids clothes in the shop are on sale now!

Some good news and some bad. Yesterday’s storm added a much needed layer of fresh snow, especially after the recent warm weather. The good: for the first time in a while we had the nice grooming equipment over in Jordan Pines. The bad: the snowmobile that runs that groomer has had more electrical problems and we couldn’t run the equipment after that. So unfortunately classic wasn’t set today (we are doing our best). Everything in the Spruces Upper Loops and Lower Loops was groomed, but just with a roller. We will keep working to get everything running again. Should be a few good days of skiing before a mid-week storm. Sushi Scale: Philadelphia Roll

Now if you’ll take a look at our trail, you’ll see we don’t have one. Remember the snowy scene, in your mind (inspiration from Al Sleet, your hippy-dippy weatherman by George Carlin). Yep, nothing but asphalt to the restroom. Maybe something is coming, but maybe always means maybe not. So do a little dance, pray your little prayers, get down tonight!

Jeremy Ranch

Good Morning!!

All trails are temporarily closed!!

We did receive some new snow throughout the day yesterday and overnight. Unfortunately, it still wasn’t enough to get our trails back open again. We’re hoping this storm coming Presidents’ Day Weekend will get us back on track for a reopen potentially next weekend.

Thank you for your understanding and continue with those snow dances!! Feel free to reach out to the Nordic/Golf Shop with any questions. We will keep you all updated as soon as we have any information.

Have a great weekend!!

Short update, shallow classic track is going to be iffy. We still recommend classic skiing today. Skating may lead to shearing the fresh snow off of the hard base underneath. Ride a flat ski and be patient and understanding. It’s not going to snow for several days, don’t let your excitement overdo it and make it difficult for the rest of the week please. Any updates will be on our website today

Mountain Dell

Not yet! However, we are hopeful for the storm at the end of next week. Because of the high temperatures recently, we are starting from scratch. We need at least five inches of snow to groom our trails, today we got about two. As soon as we have enough, rest assured we will be doing our best to get Mt. Dell back up and running. Until then, thanks for all your patience and your support of TUNA!

Jeremy Ranch

Good Morning!!

All trails are temporarily closed!!

The spring like temps and south winds have remained at Jeremy Ranch. Unfortunately, we are going to have to suspend our Nordic operations for the time being. Trail conditions are deteriorating quickly and it is not safe to ski on any of our trails at this time. Water pooling, ice and grass coming through on various parts of the trails are our concerns. There is some snow in the forecast for today and into tomorrow morning. We will reassess the conditions at that time to see if trails can be reopened.

Thank you for your understanding and continue with those snow dances!! Feel free to reach out to the Nordic/Golf Shop with any questions. We will keep you all updated as soon as we have any information.

Have a great day!!
