Our trails were groomed mid day in nice sunshine. Skate lane is corduroy and a new classic track set.
Not sure what the weekend is bringing but please get out and enjoy the great conditions.

All trails except Lower below Cullen’s cutoff and WorldCup groomed for skate and classic this morning. Awesome conditions.

Good Morning,
We’ve had a couple inches of new snow overnight! The upper and lower tracks have been groomed for classic and skate. The classic lanes have been reset on all 7km of trails. The snow conditions are very soft and will hold the same throughout the day. The sun is coming out and it’s a great day to go Nordic ski!

Solitude Nordic
All trails groomed for skate and classic. 6″ of new snow since yesterday. Snowing lightly now. 14° at 8:30am, high of 23°.
Soldier Hollow
Where did that come from? Suddenly we have nearly 3 inches of fresh snow just from this morning! It covers the grooming we did on 3/4 of the trail system so a fabulous day for silky classic skiing – come enjoy and watch our inspiring Para Nordic athletes as they get ready for Worlds coming up on March 1-8!
White Pine
Another 4 inches overnight. All trails are being groomed, track set and will be open. Grooming will take a while today with the very soft conditions. 3k and 5k first, Farm later. Be aware of very soft and a bit sticky conditions, Possibly a bit of sun coming later today. Ski safe, drive safe and enjoy the winter wonderland! Blue might be the order for wax. There is a lot of moisture in the snow. Classic will be fantastic, skate will be a bit of a workout.
Be aware of unmarked hazards as many of our trail markers are getting close to disappearing under the snow. Compacted base trail is close to 40 inches… Golf may be a little delayed.

Fairview
Well, Fairview did not receive the epic snowfalls that many other places witnessed the last two days….maybe 4″ on the golf course. I am OK with that as snow depth still eclipses some of the rebar markers. There have been years when late February is already bringing late season conditions and challenges. So today I rolled the track to pack the new snow. Looks great! Some places saw drifting as well. Friday my plan is to re groom with the Tidd Tech and set a new classic track. Just in time for the weekend.
Unfortunately, your groomer’s run will come to a crashing halt Monday when he returns to TOSH, this time for shoulder surgery. It remains to be seen what grooming will take place after then. Stay tuned.
Spruces
We have a ton of new snow at Spruces. We have been working this storm all week. Spruces and Jordan Pines have both been sledpacked and rolled. It is snowing as I finish so probably it will be fresh snow on top of the rolled track. No classic, i will try to set on Saturday morning. Come up and see how much snow we have!

It’s a Winter Wonderland! We have groomed the upper and lower tracks for classic and skate. The classic lane has been reset on both tracks and is looking good today. The snow conditions are very soft with all the new powder we’ve received over the last couple days. It’s a great day to come Nordic ski!

Soldier Hollow
Almost all the trails groomed with snowcat since the big dump. Appears to be up to an inch sitting on top of the groom jobs depending on when the pass was made as it has been spitting snow overnight and this morning. The winter of legends continues!
Solitude Nordic
All trails groomed and classic track set. 3-6 new inches on the trails since yesterday. 7° at 8am, high of 14° today, with a few more inches expected throughout the day.
White Pine
2 feet of snow through yesterday. Very cold overnight. All trails are being groomed, track set and will be open. Be aware of very soft conditions, a chance of drifting and possibly a bit more snow coming later today. Ski safe, drive safe and enjoy the winter wonderland!
Blue wax with cold powder if you want to glide this morning. Blue wax conditions all day. It’s been a while since we had a three month period of recommending blue wax and cold powder so often!

Mountain Dell
Thursday Groom Report:
Main, Mitten, Lower to Swanson’s, Lollypop, Creek, Wiggle Room, Boomerang, Kid’s Cutoff and Park Road Bypass were all groom for skate and classic Wed evening. Skate conditions will be soft, classic skiing for Thursday should be superb.
Millcreek
Our snowcat is down parts ordered. Crew will go up tomorrow to sled pack and cut all the downed trees. New snow 1 foot at the gate 2 feet at Upper Big Water. It’s going to take sometime to catch up so be patient
