A very solid 1 degree F at 7:30 am today. A chance to break out those polar waxes! All trails groomed and open, just make sure you bundle up if you’re skiing before mid-morning. Conditions will be squeaky until it warms up a bit. Skiing should be fantastic from mid-day with a firm track and cold snow. For now, have that second cup of coffee and enjoy the day!

Mountain Dell
Entire course was groomed for skate Thursday night except for Lower Lower (below Cullen’s Cutoff) and World Cup. Classic was reset with excellent results on Lower to Cullen’s, Boomerang and top of LolliPop. Most of rest of classic is still in good shape in most places. Skate and classic conditions should be good to excellent on Friday.
Mountain Dell will be CLOSED TO ALL SKIERS starting at 6 PM Friday for race course prep for Saturday’s Wasatch Citizens Series 10K Classic. The course will open to general skiing about 1 P.M. Saturday. Please do not destroy our volunteers’ hard work setting dual classic tracks for the race by skating the course Friday night or Saturday morning .
Mountain Dell
Mountain Dell was groomed Wednesday evening. Results were really good and we reset classic on Mitten, Main and Kids. Following that we cleaned up the skate surface making several passes in certain areas to even things out. Classic skiing should be really good in the morning. Expect some thin/bare spots on lower Lower. Mountain Dell will be CLOSED TO ALL SKIERS starting at 6 P.M. Friday for race course prep for Saturday’s Wasatch Citizens Series 10K Classic. It’s looking like repeat, repeat, repeat. Very cold overnight, sunny warmer days, spring-like conditions with very firm track early, softening later. All trails groomed and open. Skiing should be the same as the last month of this weather. Very good with moments of wonderfulness. Please help us stay healthy and open for you by wearing your mask while indoors.

Good morning, Nice and cold overnight. This morning I buffed out the skate lane and it should be great skating. Classic track was not re-set today as it is very firm. Enjoy the sunshine and winter temps!

Continued spring-like conditions. cool and sunny today with all trails groomed and open. Looking forward to some new snow someday to refresh everything and get all of the surfaces smoothed out again. It’s been over a month since measurable snow, but things are holding well due to the low temps overnight. Another great ski day. The only blues you should have today are the waxes on your skis!

SR-65
Groomed to Big Mountain Pass for skate and classic. We finally were able to erase the ruts and troughs, resulting in great skate conditions; firm underneath, quick and cozy on top. Classic was good, but was still uneven in places from walkers, snow shoers, etc. Come enjoy the place before snow machines bugger it up.
Spruces
Groomed Spruces and Jordan Pines this morning and set classic track. Fresh snow made for nice conditions!

27°F at 0800. Currently snowing w/ ~1″ new snow. Skiing the Redmans will be your best choice if visibility is poor elsewhere.

A dusting of fresh snow today and mixed conditions through mid-day. All trails are groomed and open. Skiing should be pretty darn good today. We still require that you wear your mask while indoors at the Nordic Center. Help us stay healthy and open for you. If you refuse to wear a mask we will ask you to stay outside and we will help you from a distance. There is no need to be rude or aggressive with us. It’s just skiing folks.
