Good morning! At 0815 it is 18°F with no new snow. The Lake Flats groomed for classic and skate skiing. The Redman Loops are skiable with skier defined classic tracks. The snow we do have is excellent, so come on up and work on your double-poling.

And yet another day of fabulous wintery micro skiing for your holiday time is to be had here today! Come enjoy our Narnia-like ambiance with towering piles of snow here and there and ice crusted trees dotted about. Groomed and tracked is our 1.5 km.

We’re locked in to the same weather again today, but maybe things will loosen up beginning Thursday and we’re hoping that just a few more inches will free us from the low snow grip by the weekend. The Nordic Shop is OPEN 9-5 today.
We are renting skis for Bonanza Flat and snowshoes for area trails. Our snowshoe tours remain a great option for getting out! Our ski trails remain closed.
We’ll see if the storm comes in cold this time. The cart paths and grass are icy and exposed in areas so exploratory skiing is not recommended. We are still hoping for a snowy new year. Drop in to the shop and we can fondly recall cold winters, the freedom of great glide and snow bunnies in the bushes.
Spruces
Rolled the upper loops at Spruces. Snow is very thin in some spots.

Good morning! At 0820 it is 7°F. No new snow overnight. Beautiful cold snow conditions up here! Lake Flats groomed for classic and skate skiing.
Soldier Hollow
Happy coldest morning of the season! Hooray, it feels like winter out there! We have blown huge piles of snow, but still only have our 1.5 km of skiing for now. Come enjoy and encourage all you know to come take a lesson or a biathlon experience!

Groundhog Day? The Nordic Shop is OPEN 9-5 today. We are renting skis for Bonanza Flat and snowshoes for area trails. Our snowshoe tours remain a great option for getting out! Check Mountain Trails for Bonanza conditions and access. Reports have been good. The Uintahs have good coverage but definitely ski with care and awareness given the historically low snow levels.
The ski trails remain closed and it looks like we’ll have some rising daytime temperatures until the weekend. We’ll see if the storm comes in cold this time. Cold temperatures are a definite plus.
The cart paths and grass are icy and exposed in areas so exploratory skiing is not recommended. We are still dreaming of a snowy new year. Drop in to the shop and we can fondly recall cold winters, knee deep conditions and snow bunnies hidden along the course.

We are back to making snow! Huzzah!!!! Come enjoy the much improved 1.5k and some sun. https://utaholympiclegacy.org/grooming-report-ski-conditions/
Spruces
Groomed the Milt’s, Practice, and Pavilion loops this morning for skate only. The is not enough snow to set classic. There is about 6″ of new snow but virtually no snow under the heavy trees. Recommend caution and removing skis in several places in trees of the north/flat side of Upper Milt’s. Also very thin under the trees where the grooming implements are kept. Skiing the south Milt’s trails back and forth would avoid the need to remove skis. Play some boogie tunes and snow dance away.

Close, but not quite. We received 2-3 inches of wet snow on top of the warm ground after the rain and sleet Saturday. Not quite enough to pack down yet. We will try to get the lesson area packed today and see where we can go from there. Cold temperatures are a definite plus. The cart paths are icy and exposed in areas so skiing is not recommended at this time. The shop is OPEN 9-5 today. None of our ski trails are currently open.
We are still dreaming of a snowy new year. Drop in to the shop and we can fondly recall snowy winters, bluebird conditions and happy snow bunnies hidden along the course.
Solitude Nordic
Good morning! At 0810 it is 2°F with 7″ of snow in 24 hours. Lake Flat Loops groomed this morning with excellent cold snow conditions.

The latest “storm” underperformed again with just some snow showers but nothing to stick to the ground. Golf course is bare. Rebar trail markings ready and waiting. I will update as soon as there is something positive to report.

We skinned to the second switchback today. The 5 inches near the gate was melted to asphalt in many places where the few walkers and skiers left tracks. There is not enough snow to groom quite yet. Looking good from the bathroom up, with nearly 10 inches at the first switchbacks. We are itching to get out there and will do so ASAP!
Jeremy Ranch

Close, but not quite. We received 2-3 inches of wet snow on top of the warm ground after the rain and sleet yesterday. Not quite enough to pack down yet. As soon as there is enough snow we’ll be out there packing and rolling the base. The shop is OPEN 9-5 today. None of our ski trails are currently open and the forecast for the next several days may offer some encouragingly cold temperatures! We are still dreaming of a snowy new year. Drop in to the shop and we can fondly remember snowy winters, bluebird conditions and happy snow bunnies hidden along the course.

Winter is beginning to arrive! It is 33F and lightly snowing. The overnight lows look promising for us to resume snowmaking tonight and hopefully expand beyond our 1.5km soon!
